[PyQt] PyQt5.2.1-Qt5.2.1-x32 build issue

Hello! Sorry for my broken english.

I saw that on the download page PyQt5.2.1 installer for Win x86 based on 
Qt5.2.0, whereas PyQt5.2.1 version for x64 based on Qt5.2.1.
One serious bug with memory leaks was fixed in Qt5.2.1 and I've tried to 
build PyQt5.2.1 with Qt5.2.1 for win x86, but failed.
PyQt compiled, but not works: I get message "SystemError: error return 
without exception set" when try to use any PyQt module.

Is this because of my mistake with compiling or any problems with 
Qt5.2.1 for x86 exists?
