[PyQt] PyQt/pyqtdeploy: struggling to get it to run.

How did you install pyqtdeploy?

If you used pip like instructed on [1] you should have something like
a C:\Python\Scripts\pyqtdeploy.exe, and that works fine for me on
Windows 7.
