[PyQt] Issue building latest PyQt4 snapshot against Qt 5.3.0

Just to add to my previous mail, my qconfig.h file is missing these lines

/* Qt Edition */
#ifndef QT_EDITION
#  define QT_EDITION QT_EDITION_OPENSOURCE
#endif

I compiled it myself from Qt sources.
