[PyQt] ANN: PyQt v5.3.2 and v4.11.2 Released

PyQt v5.3.1 and v4.11.2 have been released.

PyQt v5.3.2 includes...

- the Enginio module
- support for the JSON classes in QtCore
- support for QWidget.windowHandle()
- support for QWidget.setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac()
- support for QWidget.unifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac()

PyQt v4.11.2 is a bug-fix only release.
