[PyQt] include "icudt53.dll, icuin53.dll, icuuc53.dll" ?

They are the icu library for Unicode support. It it's required by qwebkit
on Windows, but may also be required by QtCore depending on how Qt was
built.

It was probably not necessary to post on so many mailing lists to get an
answer.
