Plans to switch to cmake?

Hi Phil,

Are there any plans to switch to using cmake instead of qmake in
sip-build? Building with qmake fails under QEMU user emulation. Relevant
Qt bug: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-98951

It would be great if we could switch to using cmake instead since anyway
I believe qmake has been deprecated/is not longer developed.

If there are some such plans in the pipeline it would be very helpful to
me to know that.
