Improvement suggestion for pylupdate6

... and here is an additional improvement suggestion.

pylupdate6 should get a command line option to exclude file matching a 
given pattern (e.g. --exclude Ui_*.py). Such an option is especially 
useful when pylupdate6 is recursively processing a directory tree.
