Python v3.10 and Apple Silicon Wheels at PyPI

The latest PyQt6 wheels at PyPI should now support Python v3.10.

The macOS wheels have been replaced with 'universal2' wheels supporting 
both old and new Apple hardware. The exceptions are the Qt6 wheels which 
are in separate architecture-specific wheels in order to keep their 
sizes down.

There will be a new PyQt5 release in the next day or two which will 
include wheels for Python v3.10.
