Changelog: 403 forbidden

Hey,

Clicking on "There is a development snapshot (*ChangeLog*) that ..."
on https://riverbankcomputing.com/software/pyqt/download leads to:
https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/static/Downloads/PyQt6/ChangeLog-6.8.0.dev2410211537

But that page (and also the PyQt5 equivalent) currently shows a 403
forbidden.
