[QScintilla] QScintilla2 calltips problem

Hi,

I just discovered a problem with QScintilla 2.1 calltips. When show calltips 
for a method, the current argument is highlighted. However, due to the fact, 
that the first argument of a class method in Python is always self, the 
highlight is off by one (i.e. self is highlighted instead of the first 
argument).
