[PyQt] ANN: new eric4 4.3.0 snapshot available

Hi,

a new snapshot of the eric 4.3 development is available via 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=119070&package_id=300692. 
Here is the changelog.

- bug fixes
- added a new window layout called "Sidebars", that gives more space 
  to the editors by having retractable sidebars
- introduced project specific word and exclude lists (for spell checking)
- added action to editor's context menu to remove a word from the dictionary
  (actually it is added to the personal/project exclusion list)
- enhanced template auto completion by showing a selection, if the template
  name is not unique
- added support for icons in auto completion lists
- added Chinese translations provided by Xia WeiPeng

Please note, that the icon in autocompletion list feature needs API files 
supporting this. The eric4 archive contains a patch to sip, that adds this 
feature. The latest eric4 assistant plugin already supports it. The project 
specific API database has to be rebuilt (just delete it and open the 
project).
