Initial Release of PyQt3D

Development versions of PyQt3D have now been released. These are Python bindings for the five libraries that make up Qt3D. At the moment only source packages are provided.

PyQt3D provides functionality for near-realtime simulation systems with support for 2D and 3D rendering in both Python and Qt Quick applications.
