PyQt v6.1.1 Released

PyQt v6.1.1 has been released. This is a feature and bug-fix release. PyQt6-3D v6.1.1, PyQt6-Charts v6.1.1, PyQt6-DataVisualization v6.1.1 and PyQt6-NetworkAuth v6.1.1 have also been released.

Added the missing QtCore.QXmlStreamAttributes class.
Added the missing QtQml.QQmlExtensionPlugin class.
Added the --exclude command line option to pylupdate6.
pylupdate6 now handles PEP 263 embedded source encodings in .py files.
