QScintilla 2.13.0 Released

QScintilla v2.13.0 has been released. This is a minor feature and bug-fix release.

Added the QsciPrinter::printRange() overload that uses a supplied QPainter to render the pages.
Improved the appearence of the auto-completion popup.
